Welcome to Xenia Laundromat “Where Clean Meets Convenience”: Our Policy


1. We are not responsible for color loss, color bleeding, shrinkage, and deformation or damage and tear to your weak and tender fabrics.


2. Please remove clothing that may likely bleed its color. We encourage that you give us care instructions if you are particular with your laundry.


3. We are not responsible for any damage that may be caused by ink pens, crayons, cosmetics, sharp objects, chewing gum or any likes left in pockets and clothing. Please check all pockets and clothing before turning them over for laundry.


4. We are not responsible for missing buttons, strings, bra pads, and zipper holders.


5. We cannot guarantee that we can “zero-clean” tough stains on your laundry; be mindful that we wash your laundry with machines, premium detergent, color safe, regular bleach, and Oxy-Clean; although we give the utmost care with your laundry, sometimes tough stains and fabric conditioning may take several washes.


6. We are not responsible for the safety of your laundry basket. We ask that you do not bring your laundry baskets with you upon delivery of your laundry; we normally pack your laundry with fresh plastic bags; not only that we do not use your laundry basket. We also do not have space to store them nor the manpower to watch over them. It is not unusual for us to put them outside our counter in order to create more space for your laundry.


7. Comforters, mink blankets, pillow tops, and the likes, because of their heavy weight as they tend to absorb water are washed individually to avoid machine breakdown; currently they are priced at (amount) but can go up due to additional dryer time.


8. Do not mix car seat covers/sofa covers with your wearable; car seat covers/sofa covers are (amount) per provided it doesn’t exceed (max weight per machine load).


9. We have fish net laundry bags for your delicates please do not hesitate to purchase one should you need them.


10. We take complaints seriously and we take immediate actions to resolve any complaints formally submitted by active customers. Please report complaints within 24 hours upon pick up. Failure to do so will make it difficult for us to resolve the matter.


11. Our shop is under 24 hours surveillance; any request to see footage must be done in advance and review of footage will be conducted after hours of operation.


12. We refuse to take laundry soaked in gasoline, kerosene, paint, acetone, paint thinner, grease, oil, excessive dirt and other chemicals, and/or filled with molds, pets’ hair, fleas which may harm our machines, our staff, and other customers.


13. OUR LIABILITY. We require proof of purchase or our liability to any damages or losses in which we are at fault is no more than $50.


14. UNCLAIMED LAUNDRY after 2 weeks will be charged a storage fee of $50 and $50 per week succeeding.


15. CONSENT. It is our understanding that you agreed with the following ruled and policies when you accept our services.
